With reference to above, we are pleased to place this order for supply of  Inj.Remdisivir 100MG as per “DETAILS OF ITEMS & PRICES” and “TERMS & CONDITIONS” stated herein below:

Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

• Supply of 10,000 vials to be completed by 10 day's, next 10000 vials to be completed by another 10 days  and remaining 10000 vial to be completed by  next 10days from the placement of order.

• Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.
• The supply should preferably in Generic name but in view of emergency requirement in the field, brand name will also be accepted but the MRP should be stroked out from the pack to be supplied. For imported product the MRP may be kept as per the Import schedule.
• Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
• All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO:  NHM-18011/18/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-143910/P-102, Date: 09.10.2020 & discounted rate vide ref  no-Myl/REM/101/2021,dt-11/04/2021 shall be applicable.
