Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

 

  • Supply of ordered 10 Lakhs tests to be completed by 7 days from the date of placement of order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.

  • If a supplier fails to execute successive order within the stipulated time frame, in full, there will be an additional time of 7 days and after that the supply order will stand cancelled and that firm will be liable to debarred for the particular product, for a period of 6 months in NHM, Assam tender.

  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.

  • All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the  Tender No. NHM-18018/10/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-145261/8468, Date: 17-06-2021 shall be applicable.
