Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Out of ordered 2 Lakhs RT -PCR Kit, supply first lot of 50,000 to be completed by 3 days from the date of placement of P.O, rest 50,000 to be completed by another 7 days form the date of placing of PO & remainin 1 lakh quantity to be completed by 2 weak's from the place of P.O. However you are requested to supply as early as possible due to urgent requirement for treatment of COVID-19 patient.

  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill, receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details and test report of supplied batch to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.

  • Performance security deposit to be submitted in the form of  FDR/BG, which should be 2% of total ordered value and validity of the PBG should be 1 year from the issue.
